No Refunds for Digital Downloads

All digital products, including e-books, software, templates, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. Since digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact our support team at demdownload@viraladfly.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Defective Products

We accept returns or exchanges only for physical products that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing demdefect@viraladfly.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon approval, we will provide a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged products.
